Terms of service.

1. Acceptance

By using the smartplayermove.com website or the Lumora mobile game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please close the page or uninstall the game.

2. Who we are

SmartPlayerMove is the studio that publishes Lumora: Shards of the Veil. We are an independent fifteen-person development team working across Prague, Lisbon and Tbilisi.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play Lumora. Partner promotions visible on the partners pages of this site are intended for adults aged 18 or over only, and only in jurisdictions where such promotions are legal.

4. Pre-register and welcome rewards

When you sign up on the pre-register form, we will email you the install link the day Lumora is released and place a 500-crystal welcome chest on your account. Crystals are an in-game cosmetic currency with no real-money value. We may change the size of the chest at any time before launch, with notice on this page.

The "wheel of fortune" on this site is a free promotional minigame. Prizes are in-game cosmetics with no real-money or cash-out value. Spinning the wheel costs nothing and you can spin as often as the wheel allows.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at industrial scale, or otherwise abuse the website or the game. You agree not to upload illegal content through the support chat or the in-game friend system. We may suspend or terminate your account for repeated abuse.

6. In-game purchases

Lumora is free to install and free to play through to the end of the main story. Optional cosmetic packs are available for purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play. We never gate story content behind paid purchases.

Refunds for purchases are processed by Apple or Google according to their own policies. We will support any legitimate refund request you raise with them.

7. Affiliate disclosure

Some content on the partners pages is paid promotional content. We disclose every commercial relationship on those pages and never accept a partnership that conflicts with our community standards. Partner content is not shown inside the Lumora game.

8. Intellectual property

All art, music, code, story and characters in Lumora are © 2026 SmartPlayerMove. Fan art and let's-play content are encouraged under our Fan Content Policy — a generous, plain-English document we will publish before launch. You may not reuse our assets commercially without written permission.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The website and the game are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them online and bug-free, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the loss. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You can stop using Lumora or unsubscribe from our pre-register mailing list at any time. We may terminate your access for repeated abuse of these terms, with notice where possible.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where SmartPlayerMove is registered. Disputes are first to be raised with us at [email protected] — we will try to settle in good faith before any escalation.
